Message if you have some twisties on your daily drive, i'd suggest the mr2 turbo. pretty cheap, decently quick at stock level if you don't plan on modding much. very reliable engines for a turbo car. the supra would be the more expensive alternative, and this would be my choice if you're a freeway commuter. however, be forewarned, if you do get the supra, i doubt you'll stay away from modding it very long. the s2000 is nice but has no torque and you really have to rag it out to get the hp that's comparable to the other cars on your list...that and it's a convertable, which isn't the best choice for a daily driver..especially with rain season coming in a couple months. the rx7 turbo is nice, but imo is a weekend/fun car and wouldn't be too reliable of a daily driver. also, it needs proper warmup and cool down, so if you're one of those last-minute people...the engine's going to have a very short life. even with all that aside, there's too many high risk breakdowns that come into play when trying to use the fd as a daily driver. the boxster is nice, but on the expensive side for what you get. this would be my last choice...even behind the s2000 (which i'm not too fond of already). the corvette is great, and would be a nice alternative to the supra. however, imo it's not a very comfortable drive so if you have to go a bit far or over some not-so-smooth roads, i wouldn't recommend this one either. in the end, i'm sticking w/ tt supra for a freeway-type commuter and a mr2 turbo for a twisties/turn commuter. hope that helps. peace.
